Think 2012 will be the end of the world? think again! In this issue of Agenda, we spoke to experts from all industries to learn about what the future holds for businesses operating in China in 2012.

In proper fashion, we started with a list of the Chinese companies expected to have the run of the roost in 2012, and then followed up with Calvin Smith of the Great Wall Club, Alan Seem from  Shearman & Sterling LLP, Chris Riley from Moglue, Wayne Shiong from Bertelsmann Asia Investments, and Harry Man from Matrix Partners China to learn what trends to keep our eyes open for.
We also put together a list of the 10 technology trends that will sweep stores next year, and met with Tien Ching, the founder of  Educating Girls of Rural China, who talks about going back to the age old tradition of mentorship to help women get out of poverty in rural China.
