My idea of a perfectly relaxing day starts with breakfast in bed – waking up to the smell of nice crisp bacon and eggs and yummy pancakes. Then you go out and meet friends for brunch or coffee. After that, you spend the rest of the afternoon shopping for shoes and whatever it is you want to have or do that day. Then dinner with family at a fancy restaurant. Then you all go home and watch TV, go online or read your favorite book.
mine is drinking a 6 pack of beer and watching Spaceballs, that realy clears my mind!
A long hot bath with some one to bathe you. Then dry you off, have body lotion rubbed all over you, then massaged to sleep. Any request you have to be answered for a whole weekend. You in control of your relaxation, a Princess in your own Castle
Since I’m an elementary school teacher, I seriously take the time to de-stress since my work involves being a police officer, nurse, counselor, among others. My idea of a perfectly relaxing day is getting a foot or body massage, followed by a brunch at the Orchard with cheerful friends, and a funny movie.
A perfectly relaxing day is stepping out the door very late in the morning, maybe almost near lunchtime, and effortlessly flagging a taxi, then taking that taxi to Alameen to leisurely scarf down an offensive amount of juicy, succulent kebabs. I would take a long, food-induced sleep on one of their patio chairs before waking up just long enough to order something refreshing, perhaps a fresh-squeezed juice.
My idea of a perfectly relaxing day starts off with waking up on your own accord and looking out the window to see a cloudy rainy day. Perfect for staying indoors, knowing that you don’t have to be anywhere. Getting up and walking into a kitchen miraculously stocked with eggs, milk, bacon/sausage, fruit, juice, and all the makings for chocolate chip pancakes. Eating breakfast on the couch, watching movies. Having a leisurely nap after, and later on, inviting friends over for some board games with Indian food delivered. Nice, relaxing, slow-paced day filled with good food and good company.
And the lucky winners are… KS and Anne! Enjoy the vouchers!
